A variety of birds -
the Spotted Towee, Dark eyed Junco, and Stellar Jay
take turns nibbling seed
at one of the many feeders
hanging from the mighty red fir
looming tall at the side of our house
They come and go
in rapid succession (a few linger longer)
while i continue to
pull weeds
paint the trellis
plant, transplant
flowers and trees.
